A) Poke your eyes out with a soldering iron

B) Watch the Twins play "baseball"

Oh yeah, I ran today...and it was amazing (and by amazing I mean it was okay...and by okay I mean that it was fine).  In addition, Momma Bear was yelling at me yesterday through text message telling me I needed to start taking my training seriously...so I will start trying harder...starting right meow.
