That is going to be the first song on my playlist for the 1/2 marathon...can't go wrong with that one, right?
I did the same speed workout from last week again today...it went much better.
Thursdays Run:
10 minutes @ 8:13
4 minutes @ 9 mph
3 minutes easy
3 minutes @ 9 mph
3 minutes easy
2 minutes @ 9 mph
3 minutes easy
2 Miles @ 8:00
5 Miles total
In other things that don't matter (like this blog)...the Twins won their exhibition game against the Red Sox 6-5.
