Redemption

Todays run went off without a hitch!  Love my new Glycerin 9s!  They feel like I am floating.  Ran a great pace today...

Oh, and I just read today that Binghamton was named the 5th most depressed city in the U.S. and the 2nd most obese...Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, right?  Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it rains 6 days a week...wow.
