Love Run

Took a run tonight with the Wiffers.  It was a lovely run with a lovely woman on a lovely night.

Time: 25:14
Pace: 11 ish
I also rode bike to and from work today ...
Got a call from my brother today - he said he has been running.  As far as I am concerned,  if you don't BLOG about it...it never really happened.
